- How the planning service works

DigiBlu would typically start an engagement with some strategic consulting to determine the exact intentions and desired outcomes of its future clients. We would then generally move to undertake an opportunity assessment. This is where we conduct business analysis to define and quantify the automation opportunity within scope. Within the opportunity assessment we'll assess IT readiness and deliver a suggested implementation road-map for the client.
We would work with client's representatives and its subject matter experts to determine the type of cloud-hosted services that best fits their longer term plans. This could be either fully outsourced or hosted within their own cloud environment. The outcome of this decision would very much drive the type of support model we as DigiBlu would put in place for our client. - Planning service works with specific services

We provide online training to accredit trainees in the full range of functions needed within RPA including developer, analyst and process controller. We can also offer mentorship or internships should companies require thorough in-depth training.
We have also delivered services within a "build-Operate-Transfer" model where initial training is given and client operatives work alongside DigiBlu experts who impart further knowledge transfer and competence building. Over a period of time the ownership of the process transfers across from DigiBlu to our client upon the achievement of pre-agreed criteria. - Training is tied to specific services

DigiBlu is an ISO-9001 and 27001 professional services organisation, and our processes are designed to be industry class.
Our clients are able to undertake assurance measures at all points along the delivery life cycle. Design plans for any cloud services are drafted, shared and subject to review by clients. The solution phase is very much iterative and will go through a number of cycles of peer review before being adopted.
During the build phase we have a number of checkpoints. After building an automation or any other cloud service, the object will be reviewed by a senior developer and a technical design board before moving into a pre-production environment for testing. Testing follows a rigorous structured process, and is undertaken at both unit and end to end levels.
Once in production it will go through a hyper-care and iteration phase to ensure quality and performance against detailed test criteria agreed with our clients.

DigiBlu is committed to reducing its carbon emissions over time with the objective of achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 31 December 2030.
DigiBlu makes its Net Zero pledge in support of the UK Government’s commitment that, with effect from 30 September 2022, “In-Scope Organisations” are required to monitor their carbon emissions’ output and comply with effective carbon reduction targets. In Scope Organisations comprise all Central Government Departments, their Executive Agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies which, along with their suppliers of goods and or services through
Crown Commercial Services (“CCS)” framework agreements, are required to comply with the UK Government’s Carbon Reduction targets.
Digiblu is pleased to report that the number of people engaged in the business has increased by 66% in the period from 2022 to 2024. Had DigiBlu continued to generate tCO2e as a linear increase from the 25 tCO2e generated in 2022 this would have increased the tCO2e forecast to be generated in 2024 to 42 tCO2e. We are pleased to report that the forecast tCO2e which will be generated by DigiBlu during 2024 will only have increased from 25 tCO2e to 38 tCO2e. This represents a reduction on tCO2e per person engaged in the business from 1.41tCO2e to 1.28 tCO2e. This represents a reduction of 9% per worker due to the Company’s focus on reducing its overall carbon production forecast for the year ending 31 December 2024.
