- Support levels
- AiCore provides comprehensive support to participants between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. This service is overseen by a dedicated Account Manager from AiCore, ensuring quality and continuity standards are upheld throughout the project. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for arranging project initiation, addressing specific service requirements, and managing commercial aspects. Additionally, each Buyer is supported by a Services Manager who provides pastoral care to junior consultants and assists the Account Manager in key project activities. In the absence of the Account Manager, the Services Manager acts as deputy to ensure seamless service delivery. AiCore also boasts a dedicated Engagement Team responsible for conducting regular reviews for junior consultants. Furthermore, our Learning & Development Team handles technical queries, including technology or tool up-skilling, which can be provided remotely or on-site at the Buyer's location.
