The service is provided by our UK-based 24x7x365 NOC and Service Management Team.

How the planning service works
As part of the Managed Service, NOC365 will offer advice on the network device estate on a quarterly basis, or as needed, to ensure that the Customer continues to receive the desired level of service quality. The advisory includes cloud reviews, software updates, patch management and hardware upgrades to the network devices. Follow through on planning advice would be supported by the NOC365 Account Manager & Service Delivery Manager.

How the setup or migration service works
We carry out an audit of existing systems, discuss the goals and outcomes taking any risks into consideration. We then.create a scope of works (SOW) and project initiation document (PID) and gain agreement on the migration plan. Once agreed, you are assigned a project manager & we complete the migration according to the agreed SOW & PID, meeting all goals and milestones.

NOC365's Managed Service is underpinned by our default SLA's and KPI's. Prior to roll-out of new processes, we ensure that our developments have been through a comprehensive and robust quality assurance testing programme.

We work with our clients throughout the process with milestones at each point providing complete visibility and transparency into our testing procedures at all stages. Our service management team will report monthly on performance and drive continuous service improvements at all times.

We also follow best security practices and perform regular penetration tests as required. We are certified to Cyber Essentials Plus.
