Planned Support and Maintenance Upgrades – With the exception of exceptional circumstances requiring more extensive intervention, there will be a maximum of 8 hours of downtime per quarter for such Support & Maintenance Upgrades. Any Planned Support and Maintenance shall be announced at least five business days prior to the event with the need for urgent intervention.
