We provide onsite training, online training and user documentation. In addition to this, we follow a stakeholder onboarding process and business review so we can tailor our approach to each business. This can include deep research methods such as focus groups, interviews and desktop research.

End-of-contract data extraction
They can download direct from Power Bi or request in writing. Clients need to provide 90 days notice of an intent to end the contract so that such data can be maintained until extracted. Data will be purged from our systems after this time.
End-of-contract process
We provide a debriefing workshop and demobilisation to ensure that all aspects of the contract and data security follow our process and clients' needs.
