Trustmarque is able to support Microsoft Azure cloud services through its Managed Services capabilities and established service desk.

The scope of services can be as much or as little as you require with the scope of services either augmenting existing Customer capabilities or providing out-tasking with roles and responsibilities clearly defined within an end to end service model.

Our services are based on defined service packages or can be tailor-made based on a catalogue of standard operational services, which are combined to meet individual business requirements.

Our Services are UK based and we are a UK certified Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (AEMSP), ISO accredited and ITIL aligned.

Support levels
Services are based on a catalogue of Operational Services which are combined to meet the individual demands of each and every organisation. Two hours of service cover are available, Working Hours 08:30 -17:30 - 9 hours 5 days a week - referred to as 9x5 and 24 hours, 7 days per week 365 days per year - referred to as 24x7.

All cases are prioritised based on a Case Priorities and Response matrix and based on business impact. Case priorities are defined as having the following impacts:

- Priority 1 - Critical,
- Priority 2 - Major,
- Priority 3 - High,
- Priority 4 - Medium.

All logged cases are uniquely numbered and managed by our ITIL aligned UK based Case Managers.

We align our approach to mental wellbeing to the six standards in the Mental Health at Work commitment, including staff work and wellbeing sessions, flexible working, speak-up policy, etc. We have a dedicated team of qualified Mental Health First Aiders who offer support to all Trustmarque Group Colleagues to offer advice regarding how to support and signpost – this is linked to the ALGEE mental health action plan. The Work+Wellbeing team also facilitate workshops or share resources to support wellbeing within the workplace, this can be found on our Work+Wellbeing team via the Trustmarque Hub.
