Basic: 5 service requests per month, Technical Support 9:00 - 17:00 on business days with next business day resolution.

Enhanced: 10 service requests per month, Technical Support 8:00 - 18:00 each day. When ThoughtWire initially detects a Covered Incident with the Customer Solution or when Customer reports to ThoughtWire a Covered Incident with the Customer Solution, the Covered Incident will be classified by ThoughtWire in accordance with Table 2 Severity Levels following Support Service Tier guidelines.

Premium: 30 service requests per month, Technical Support 0:00 - 24:00 each day with a dedicated and named representative. End-of-contract data extraction
Our policy is that customer owns their data. They will have access to the datastore that stores all the data points. They can choose to migrate the entire dataset into their data warehouse periodically - including when contract ends.
End-of-contract process
Customer support reaches out to client 6 months before renewals are due to discuss the renewal of the contract. In the case that they do not renew we transition to new service.
