The Speech Recognition Technology will reduce the huge admin backlogs that Covid-19 has created, due to the users being able to speak directly into their system, the work can be authorised immediately, it will remove any outsourcing costs, overtime of secretarial work. It will free up the secretarial resource as there will be no audio typing to be done, this will enable them to work through the backlogs and free up their time to assist users in more of an admin/ PA role.
