How the training service works
Remote access training is provided to new and existing users. This includes set up and installation of the software, integration with hardware and training and in both basic and advanced features of the software, including initialising voice profile and setting up auto commands. Training includes 12 months unlimited remote access techincal and service support.

How the support service works
We provide unlimited 12 months support contracts to users, this is via telephone, email and remote access via TeamViewer or Quick Assist. we have a dedicated person in our team to help customers as and when needed.

Covid-19 recovery

The Speech Recognition Technology will reduce the huge admin backlogs that Covid-19 has created, due to the users being able to speak directly into their system, the work can be authorised immediately, it will remove any outsourcing costs, overtime of secretarial work. It will free up the secretarial resource as there will be no audio typing to be done, this will enable them to work through the backlogs and free up their time to assist users in more of an admin/ PA role. It will also help reduced stress levels that are caused by admin burden.

Tackling economic inequality

Using the speech recognition technology will help organisation reduce unemployment, sickness within the workforce. The solution will reduce stress levels, de-motivated staff to ensure that they want to work and stay with the organisation. When recruiting new staff it will also show that the organisation is investing in technology to support employees in the role. It also enables users with disabilities to be given the opportunity to continue to work.
