Support levels
Namos offers flexible managed support services, with the level of service tailored and agreed with each customer through a component-based service model. Services are delivered by a dedicated team, including a named Service Delivery Manager (Technical Account Manager) and supporting Service Analysts (Cloud Support Engineers). Namos provides Service Level Agreements (SLAs) covering both Incident Response Time and Incident Resolution Time for issues encountered during service operation. Incidents are logged, categorised and prioritised in accordance with an ITIL-aligned impact and urgency matrix. The resulting priority level determines the applicable response and resolution targets, as agreed with the customer. SLA measurement operates during standard service hours of 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, excluding English public holidays.
