How the planning service works
Amber Labs will host and facilitate a series of deep dive discovery sessions to assess your Software requirements. Our Engineers will facilitate detailed conversations with Users and subject matter experts in order to itemise out a detailed requirements catalogue for the Digital Application(s) you would like to implement

Our Engineers will use a range of Amber Labs estimating tools and capabilities to develop estimates for delivery of each item within the requirements catalogue. Estimates will be rolled up in order to provide an overall Estimate for the delivery of each Application.
Depending on the preferred delivery methodology (see section 2.1), our delivery leads will provide an Implementation proposal which will include either a throughput-based costing model, or a scope-based costing model, along with required team structures, project costs, and a view of key risks and assumptions.

How the setup or migration service works
Following finalisation and acceptance of the proposed Implementation Plan and Costs, Amber Labs Delivery Leads will set up the Delivery processes and mobilise the appropriate delivery resources.
We will then implement all phases of the Software Delivery Life Cycle including Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Transition to Support, overlaying the appropriate delivery methodology, such as Prince II, Agile Scrum etc.

How the support service works
Our Data Platform Solutions can be deployed into Cloud Services that are owned and managed by Amber Labs, or Deployed into your Own Cloud Platforms. If deployed into an Amber Labs Cloud Platform the Solution will operate as Software As a Service and will be fully managed and maintained by Amber Labs.
