There is no guaranteed levels related to availability, however, due to the nature of the AWS Hosting environment we use, the risk of system failure is extremely low.

We use Amazon Web Services to supply hosting for the services. These services are inherently resilient.

Users are notified of any planned outages by email alert.

Where interruptions are unexpected, users are notified by email and in cases where email communication would be ineffective Twitter is used to notify outages and related progress to a resolution.
