- Using Stellar Omada’s extensive experience of planning test delivery we will ensure an appropriate Test Strategy is in place to meet the needs of your project. Our aim is always to ensure we follow a tried and tested standard across the SDLC. Our Test Plan will include all aspects of the fundamental test process; planning & control, analysis & design, implementation & execution, evaluate exit criteria & report and closure to ensure that software meets quality standards, adheres to requirements and objectives, and satisfies user expectations. We will take a consultative, pragmatic approach throughout our client engagement, considering risk, budgets and timescales and determining the skills and specialisms, the best test techniques and test metrics required, whilst supporting a continuous improvement plan. Typical outputs will include test plans and schedules, approach to automation, test tools, release and environment approach, RACI, RAIDs, Acceptance/Entry and Exit Criteria and Management Information appropriate to various audiences.

- We off both telephone and email support as standard. Our UK based teams will usually work on client sites and provide onsite support as standard. Each client will be allocated a named Client Lead as their key point of contact. Basic support is 9 to 5 on working days. Additional support can be provided at the request of the customer, at an additional charge. Escalation during the delivery window will be via the account management, SLA and escalation process detailed per engagement. We are very flexible and always willing to discuss additional client requirements.
