All data encrypted in transit and connections to both API and CDN are encrypted with a minimum of TLSv1.3. RDBMS instance is inaccessible from the public internet, only accessible via one of NowSignage's VPC’s instances. This physically prevents any connections accessing core servers from the external internet, only allowing pre-approved whitelisted access via the load balancer. AWS hosting locations are protected from unauthorized access using adequate physical access controls as stated under: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/data-center/controls/

To provide increased security of user management and platform access, NowSignage enables the ability to sign-in to the NowSignage platform using a Single Sign-on process via a company's Microsoft Azure (MS Office 365) or Google login credentials. Through this process NowSignage support SAML 2.0, which provides the account ‘admin’ with a reply URL and Entity ID which is setup with your SSO inside the Azure or Google tenant.
