Our service has no material constraints for public‑sector buyers. To protect delivery quality, any changes in scope are managed through a clear, collaborative refinement process that reassesses risks and ensures outcomes remain aligned to organisational objectives.
This gives customers predictable delivery and avoids uncontrolled cost or risk. D2NA delivers all work using in‑house specialists rather than subcontractors, ensuring consistency, security, and accountability.
Where vendor dependencies exist (e.g., Microsoft), we mitigate risk through certified engineers and deep partner relationships, enabling rapid escalation and correct licensing.
This approach provides confidence, reduces delivery risk, and ensures services remain aligned to public‑sector needs.

D2NA’s Cloud Transformation Services are delivered as project based engagements designed for UK public sector organisations seeking predictable costs, assured delivery, and security first cloud modernisation outcomes.
Support begins with a pre‑sales cloud scoping session, led by senior cloud architects, to validate requirements, risks, dependencies and transformation objectives before work begins.
Every engagement includes a dedicated Technical Account Manager who acts as the customer’s primary technical contact, ensuring alignment with government security standards, cloud governance principles, and organisational risk appetite. Delivery teams Microsoft engineers, identity specialists, and security architects.
All cloud transformation work includes a post engagement review to ensure changes are understood and embedded.
A Project Manager can be added as an uplift for multi phase migrations or complex cloud programmes.
Customers also benefit from D2NA’s elevated access to Microsoft and cloud vendor channels, supporting efficient issue escalation, optimisation, and best practice alignment.
Administrative support is available for scheduling, documentation and licence coordination.
Pricing is fixed per engagement, scoped upfront to provide cost transparency and remove unforeseen expenditure.
