Clients have continuous access to our knowledgeable consultants throughout the duration of their project, with the option for ongoing support following completion. Support is available both face-to-face and via telephone during standard business hours (09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, UK time). All support is billed according to our published rate card, which can be provided upon request. Our flexible support structure allows clients to choose from a range of engagement options, from one-off consultancy to fully managed services.

Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority
