Globant has a partnership with major CSPs i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle and other leading CSPs. Our CloudOps studio along with process optimization experts, will help our customers migrate their existing data to the cloud using respective cloud services.

Build: Identify requirements and construct foundational platforms, toolsets, test & production environments to support the SDLC using industry-standard best practices.

Globant provides end-to-end services, including quality assurance services, while building any solution. Our process optimization and QC experts work jointly and define the appropriate quality assurance and performance test plan, followed by the execution of the plan.

Our Globers are qualified quality engineers able to respond to multiple testing needs depending on the application under test and the specific needs of each project. They can assess and put into practice the best testing strategies to support the validation of the multiple acceptance criteria. Moreover, we evaluate the performance of the different components, applications, and the whole system, starting at the early stages of the SDLC.

How the support service works
Our support model is organized to cover all support needs at three levels, L1, L2 and L3. Being L1 a customer “shared service” acts as SPOC and does the triage as well as the first resolution attempt. L2 will provide advanced or complex application and infrastructure support. L3, as the more deeply technical team will be working on issues that require development or software coding/programming.

We are committed to reduce absolute Scope 1 GHG emissions by 50% by 2030 from a 2019 base year. Continue annually sourcing 100% renewable electricity through 2030. Reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions by 55% per employee by 2030 from a 2019 base year. Covid-19 recovery

• In 2021, in our return to offices program, Globant implemented biosafety protocols worldwide against COVID-19, generating a culture of self-care and infection prevention. The trainings “Health and Safety” and “Back to the office” were mandatory for all employees, and “Back To Travel Guidelines” for those who needed to travel. Those trainings help Globers identify dangers and risks, take the appropriate measures at all times, and stay healthy and safe. This allowed us to be distinguished with the Safe Work Center certification issued by the ACHS in Chile. • After the COVID-19 pandemic, all our Globers started working from home now in 2024 in a Hybrid mode, so measuring energy consumption outside of the organization turned out to be a material topic for our Industry. Our web app MyFootprint allows us to calculate the carbon footprint generated by our employees’ commuting and working from home modalities.
