Following GDS guidance, we offer Discovery/Alpha/Beta services including: Service Design, user research, business analysis, user experience design, content design and information architecture, technical architecture, product management and delivery management.
We plan the service in phases: Scope and Plan to map out the work with you. Empathise to understand context and user needs. Define to synthesise key insights from user needs, define problems, define success measures. Ideate to come up with potential solutions, personas, user journeys.
