Support levels
Support is provided for AWS environments hosted in client-owned AWS accounts and is delivered by experienced cloud engineers.
Standard support
Business-hours support (UK) covering migration planning, architecture advice, engineering changes, and migration execution support. Support is provided on an ad hoc or time-bound basis and charged on a time-and-materials basis using agreed day or hourly rates.
Enhanced support (optional)
Enhanced support may be agreed for migration activities requiring prioritised response times or extended availability. Pricing is agreed in advance at call-off based on scope, duration, and required coverage.
A named cloud support engineer is assigned to each engagement and acts as the primary technical contact. Where required, a technical account manager role can be provided to coordinate activity, manage priorities, and act as the main client liaison.
