VE3's application operates on a multi-tenanted structure. Within the system, there exists a back-office management layer responsible for setting up tenants and users. The back-office administrators are specifically named and limited in number. Notably, a back-office admin user does not automatically have access to a tenant. Instead, they can grant themselves access to a tenant, albeit with only basic permissions, such as raising new requests and viewing their own requests exclusively. Meanwhile, the tenant administrator retains the ability to monitor all actions taken within their respective tenant.
