Service constraints
We aim to provide comprehensive service delivery and ongoing support. If specific constraints are identified during the scoping and ordering process, they will be documented as part of the final proposal provided.
Typical constraint considerations include timely access to stakeholders and requested artefacts. Delivery activities require appropriate access to data, environments, and necessary licences. Specialist testing (e.g., penetration testing) and legal advice are excluded unless separately agreed. Delivery is typically business hours unless otherwise agreed.

We work with all our clients to provide the appropriate support to meet the demands of each engagement. All clients will be assigned a Delivery Lead, who will act as your single point of contact for delivery and first point of escalation during any engagement.

Dependent on the size of the engagement clients may also be assigned a Account Manger to oversee multiple deliveries.

Support for project engagement will be provided via email, telephone and Microsoft Teams.

Outside of specific project engagements ongoing support arrangements can be provided covering AI, EA, IT and Digital advice and guidance at additional cost. We can provide support via email, telephone and Microsoft Teams. We work with our clients to tailor support services to meet their needs.

We can also provide onsite support at an additional cost.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d

    • Providing opportunities for, and measuring and monitoring of, staff workforce conditions over time, including employee engagement, involvement in decision-making and satisfaction and adapting to any changes in the results, with clear processes for acting on issues identified
