SAP LeanIX licensing is provided subject to SAP terms and conditions. Delivery is limited to the scope, assumptions and dependencies agreed with the customer, including data availability and stakeholder engagement.

Level 1 – Advisory support: Guidance on LeanIX usage, data quality, modelling standards and reporting.

Level 2 – Configuration support: Assistance with LeanIX configuration, structure, integrations and access management.

Level 3 – Architecture insight support: Analysis and interpretation of architecture data to support planning, risk management and decision-making.

Support is provided during UK business hours, Monday to Friday. This service does not provide 24×7 operational or incident response support unless explicitly agreed in a Statement of Work.
