How the setup or migration service works
Our Programme and Project Managers experienced in digital transformation will support the Buyers' project team to set-up and establish Cloud services, either in-public or in-private Cloud or On-Prem. Our project consultancy team will work closely with our own digital systems experts and Buyer technology stakeholders, to establish the Cloud hosting needs and also the route to migration of legacy data and systems.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Our Project Management consultants will schedule to work with the Buyer team, its software vendor(s), Cloud service provider, IT stakeholders and other suppliers to dashboard the performance of the project application(s), Cloud services and Network provision. Recommendations will be made to configure the Cloud solution for performance. The Cloud instance, as defined by the programme's system design, will be reviewed to ensure correct leverage of Cloud caching and processing configurations to ensure the right compute instance is in place and optimised for features such as storage capacity and data-intensive processing. Networking will be reviewed to assess bandwidth and network availability, minimise latency, packet loss and jitter and maximise throughput.

Availability of Programme, Portfolio and Project Delivery Managers; where demand is in place and sufficient P3M Managers are unavailable from permanent staffs, SVGC may seek resources from approved Associate staffs in the first instance, otherwise from approved resource pools within the SVGC eco-system.
