- We will consult with each hiring entity to discover the precise requirements of the recruitment project and then recommend the specification of the recruitment services most appropriate to deliver the desired result. The aspects of the service that can be tailored include: methods of sourcing candidates, selection criteria and methods of assessing candidates, design of the recruitment process, training on interview techniques or creation of interview questions, specification of supporting written material, co-ordination and recruitment process management, reporting requirements.
