Fighting climate change

Post Covid 19 we have moved to a smaller more modern office and operate a near paper free environment. Home work is available up to 4 days per week for perm staff reducing travel related carbon emissions. Business travel is encouraged to be on public transport with cars being a last resort. We operate the cycle to work scheme and offer bike storage and shower facilities to encourage zero emissions trips to the office. We operate electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme to encourage staff to upgrade their personal vehicles to electric.

Covid-19 recovery

Flexible working arrangements, such as hybrid models blending office-based work with remote opportunities, are implemented to support a healthy work-life balance and ensure safety during and beyond the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tackling economic inequality

Our strategic efforts to address economic inequality involve advocating for inclusive hiring practices and supporting educational programmes that equip individuals with essential skills, facilitating equitable access to employment opportunities. Simultaneously, we champion equal opportunity by enabling pathways for underrepresented groups into high-demand roles. We also collaborate with East London schools to provide mentorships, particularly to women and minority groups with information about STEM careers and application process assistance.
