As part of your NIS2 compliance engagement, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who will serve as your primary strategic point of contact throughout the programme. They will ensure that our approach aligns with your organisational risk profile, sector‑specific regulatory obligations, and the overarching requirements of the NIS2 Directive.
Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all delivery activities. This includes scheduling assessments and workshops, managing documentation and evidence requests, tracking progress against agreed milestones, and ensuring each phase of the NIS2 readiness and compliance process is delivered in a structured, transparent, and efficient manner.
To lead the technical, regulatory, and governance‑focused aspects of the engagement, we will allocate a specialist NIS2 Consultant. With expertise in NIS2 requirements, cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance implementation, the consultant will work closely with your teams to assess current maturity, identify gaps, and develop the necessary policies, procedures, and controls to meet the directive’s obligations. They will also provide practical, actionable guidance to support both readiness and ongoing compliance.
