Getting started
It all depends on the requirement. For example if the requirement is to Develop and Train; depending on the number of users to be trained, they will be involved at very early stages of the development cycle.
We will however always have initial training sessions to get users up to speed with the Oracle Cloud SAAS as a whole and how does it all tie up together in terms of reporting.

End-of-contract process
1 month post go live support is included. Contract is fixed price, which means , regardless of changes to your go live, the price will not change, unless offcourse its a change to the original requirement.
2 Iterations of changes are included, even after the requirements are signed off. These changes however should not significantly impact the algorithm of the build.
