- Support is delivered remotely. Standard support is provided during business hours, with out-of-hours support available for contracted customers where required. Some migration activities depend on the buyer’s existing infrastructure, licensing and access permissions. Buyers must provide administrative access to source and destination environments. Complex remediation or redesign work falls outside standard support and may require separate scoping. Certain migration timelines may be influenced by vendor platform limitations or data transfer speeds.

Akita provides tiered support for cloud migration activities and post-migration assistance. Buyers receive access to our technical helpdesk with a two-hour response SLA during business hours. Support includes resolving migration issues, guidance on configuration changes, user transition assistance and validation checks after workloads are moved.
Additional consultancy or complex remediation work outside the standard scope can be purchased at agreed day rates, aligned to our SFIA-based pricing.
A dedicated technical account manager is not included as standard, but buyers using banked time or enhanced packages can request regular reviews and a named migration specialist. Support is delivered by experienced cloud engineers, with out-of-hours assistance available for contracted customers based on incident severity and agreed support arrangements.
