As an organization, we remain committed to doing all we can within our means to ensure the safety and well-being of our workforce and their families, as that is paramount.
Our Covid Care Team caters to the various requirements of employees impacted by Covid. The details of our Covid Care Team are listed on this slide. The team will aim to extend their support in the areas of Covid related communication, requirements for home treatment and support, hospitalization, etc.
In the event of an employee testing positive for Covid- 19, they will be extended Special Situation Leave (SSL) as mentioned below, to help them recuperate. This leave is added to their existing leave entitlement.
• Home quarantine: 7 Calendar days
• In the event of Hospitalization: 15 Calendar days
• In addition, 5 leave days will also be extended to employees whose family members have tested positive for Covid to help provide support.
Our Mediclaim Insurance policy covers hospitalizations pertaining to Covid as well. Employees are asked to check with the hospital authorities if they have cashless facilities, and if not, the same can be reimbursed post-discharge. In the event of an employee exhausting their insurance limit, they are asked to connect with Team HR for further assistance.
