As part of any implementation, Veritas Prime provides Train-the-Trainer training for each module implemented in order to up-skill the administrators.
Veritas Prime also offers a wide range of other Training and Change Services tailored to project requirements. These include:
● Advanced Admin Training & Workshops - For advanced training, Veritas Prime tailors the sessions to the client’s unique deployment. The training sessions include a specific agenda with objectives and exercises and is conducted by a certified consultant. As part of the sessions, the trainer will teach a specific topic and then provide a hands-on exercise for the client to complete.
● Change Management - we have our own tried and tested Change Management framework which is delivered by our Change experts. Following a detailed scoping discussion, we can provide a proposal.
● Quick Reference Guides - We have extensive experience in creating quick reference guides for all consumers of content within firms. These can be created for a wide variety of audiences including end-users and HR Admins, With our experience, we have a library of quick reference guides which we can tweak to meet a specific customer's environment and SuccessFactors set-up.

We provide testing services for all aspects of SuccessFactors for all types of changes, including release management. Our testing can be provided through a range of Unit testing, functional, and Quality Assurance services.
As best practice, we approach functional testing of SuccessFactors with an aim to align to business processes, and to engage with business users from an early stage in the process. Through our iterative approach, more stakeholders are involved with each iteration, while the goals for testing shift from solution design to change and communications.
In terms of Quality Assurance, our business is based on providing clients with high-quality SAP SuccessFactors support and Implementation services. Every project we take on has a high emphasis on quality, and as a result, our projects are on-time, on budget, and referenceable. - Once the Hypercare period of implementation has concluded, organisations can choose to proceed with Veritas Prime for ongoing support. Veritas Prime delivers various flexible ongoing support packages for organisations to ensure they continue to get the most out of the system and evolve with the solution. This includes Level 1 BAU and Level 2 Configuration support. These two levels of support can be purchased separately or combined to create an overall subscription plan that aligns with business needs. For implementations projects, we provide dedicated resources that are aligned to the project. These consultants are allocated to the client’s project and are available to the client within the working patterns of 9 - 6pm, Monday to Friday. We expect all of our consultants to respond to clients within 4 - 6 hours within these working patterns. If out of hours support is required, this would be agreed on upfront with the client as part of the implementation.

The overall pricing of Veritas Prime's Services is dependant on the scope of the project. Prior to any project, we would provide an in-depth discovery session to understand your requirements, objectives, and business processes. This allows us to scope a project sufficiently and provide accurate pricing. Our front-heavy approach in terms of discovery, scoping and whiteboarding sessions ensure that we have a full understanding of your project prior to any configuration, which reduces the likelihood of change orders down the line.

All Veritas Prime active clients are provided a dedicated Customer Service Manager (CSM) who is responsible for managing the engagement and serving as the main contact.
Depending on the service being provided by Veritas Prime, the CSM’s role may be blended into another project role. For example, for implementation projects, the allocated Delivery Manager will take on the typical roles performed by a CSM.
