- End-of-contract data extraction
-
Customer data remains under the buyer’s control within their Microsoft cloud tenant throughout the contract.
At contract end, buyers can extract or retain their data using Microsoft’s standard tools and export functionality for services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Jaam Automation does not store customer data outside the buyer’s Microsoft environment. Where requested, we can provide reasonable assistance to support data export or transition activities using Microsoft-supported methods, subject to agreement.
Following contract termination, Jaam Automation’s access to the buyer’s environment is removed in line with agreed offboarding procedures. - End-of-contract process
-
At the end of the contract, Jaam Automation will work with the buyer to support an orderly transition or service termination.
The end-of-contract process typically includes confirmation of contract end dates, removal of Jaam Automation administrative access to the buyer’s Microsoft environment, and cessation of service delivery activities.
Customer data remains within the buyer’s Microsoft cloud tenant at all times and is not retained by Jaam Automation following contract termination.
Where requested, Jaam Automation can provide reasonable exit assistance to support handover, transition or service closure activities, subject to agreement.
The process is designed to minimise disruption and ensure the buyer retains full control of their Microsoft services and data. - Documentation accessibility standard

Scaling
- Independence of resources
-
Each buyer’s service is delivered within their own Microsoft cloud tenant or subscription, which is logically isolated from other customers.
Microsoft cloud platforms provide built-in separation of resources, identity and data, ensuring that one customer’s usage does not impact another’s.
Jaam Automation delivers services on a per-customer basis and does not operate shared customer environments that could create resource contention.
Where applicable, Microsoft’s consumption-based and scalable cloud services ensure capacity can adjust to demand without affecting other users.

Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
-
The availability of Microsoft cloud services used as part of this service is governed by Microsoft’s published service level agreements (SLAs), which vary by product and service and are provided directly by Microsoft.
Jaam Automation does not host or operate the underlying cloud platforms and therefore does not provide a separate uptime guarantee for Microsoft services. Where Microsoft service availability falls below published SLAs, service credits or refunds are applied in line with Microsoft’s terms.
Jaam Automation guarantees availability of its delivery and support services during agreed support hours, subject to contract terms. Availability issues relating to Microsoft services are monitored using Microsoft-provided service health information, and Jaam Automation will support incident management and escalation where agreed.
Refunds or service credits relating to platform availability are provided in accordance with Microsoft’s published SLA arrangements. - Approach to resilience
-
The service is designed to be resilient through the use of Microsoft cloud platforms, which provide built-in resilience, redundancy and fault tolerance across their datacentre infrastructure. Customer services are delivered within Microsoft-managed environments that are designed to withstand component failure and support high availability.
Datacentre resilience, including power, networking and physical infrastructure redundancy, is managed by Microsoft as part of its cloud services. Detailed information on Microsoft’s datacentre resilience is available in Microsoft’s public documentation or on request.
Jaam Automation supports service resilience through operational processes, including monitoring Microsoft service health, managing incidents, and supporting recovery activities where required. Access controls, configuration management and documented procedures help ensure continuity of service delivery.
The combination of Microsoft’s resilient cloud platform and Jaam Automation’s delivery and support processes ensures that services can continue to operate effectively in the event of incidents or failures. - Outage reporting
-
Outages and service issues relating to Microsoft cloud services are reported through Microsoft’s standard service health dashboards and notifications. These include public and tenant-specific service health information provided directly by Microsoft.
Buyers can access real-time and historical service status information through Microsoft’s online service health dashboards. Microsoft also provides email and in-portal notifications for relevant service incidents.
Jaam Automation monitors Microsoft service health information and, where agreed, will notify buyers of relevant outages, support incident management, and assist with escalation to Microsoft.
Jaam Automation does not operate a bespoke outage reporting dashboard or API for platform availability, as this information is provided directly by Microsoft.
