As part of your GovAssure preparation and support programme, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will act as your primary strategic contact throughout the engagement. They will ensure that our approach aligns with your organisational security objectives and the requirements of the GovAssure scheme, including the use of the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF). Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all delivery activities, manage timelines, schedule workshops, oversee documentation and evidence collection, and ensure each stage of the GovAssure process is delivered efficiently and transparently.
To lead the technical and compliance elements of the programme, we will allocate a specialist GovAssure/CAF Consultant. With deep expertise in CAF assessments, security governance, risk management, and evidence validation, the consultant will work directly with your teams to prepare for assessment, strengthen controls, and optimise alignment to the Baseline or Enhanced CAF profile. They will provide practical guidance, clear recommendations, and structured support throughout the GovAssure journey.
