Our team of highly experienced Customer Success specialists will work with you to fully utilise the software, We provide a full onboarding service and are committed to providing a continuous customer support service.

Our Customer Success Team will:

Check all vacancies added to the website, advising on the best way to attract candidates.
Identify roles that need extra visibility and advise on what Enhancement package will suit those roles.
Help minimise the cost and maximise the quality of recruitment, ultimately prioritising your budget and needs.
Advise on additional services such as tutoring provision, supply, or advisory services should you need it.
Provide guidance around posting your advert.
Offer full support including initial design and layout of career site.

End-of-contract data extraction
Users can request an export of their data prior to the end of the contract
End-of-contract process
No additional cost at end of contract. As long as required notice is given in time, the contract will not auto renew and the account will expire. Should data be required, an export can be requested by your Customer Success Manager who will facilitate this for you. There are no additional charges here.
