Most issues are triaged promptly and responded to within the same working day. Tickets received outside these hours, including weekends and UK public holidays, are logged automatically and handled at the start of the next business day. Critical incidents that affect service availability are escalated to the on-call team and, where necessary, raised directly with the software provider.
