Configuration and change management approach
The application and application components are produced and tested in-house. The clients then deploy these on their system in a test environment and test these according to their security protocols. New versions of the application and application components are supplied to the clients and are again tested in their environment on their systems.
Vulnerability management type
Supplier-defined controls
Vulnerability management approach
Our applications are run within secure client networks. The onus is on the client to report any issues, assess risk and engage with us. If developmental changes are required, then patches are built, as and when needed, sent to the client for them to install.
Protective monitoring type
Undisclosed
Protective monitoring approach
The clients identify compromises or issues with the software and report these back to us. If these are critical to the correct functioning of the software then the issue is fix and a patch issues to the client for them to install and deploy.

DRIVING IMPACT THROUGH INNOVATION

We use Agenda 2030 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) as a driving force to create positive change through our Co-Innovation practices by delivering innovative solutions for our customers. Example: MATERNAL HEALTHCARE CENTER IN KOIDU, SIERRA LEONE
Symetri partnered with Build Health International (BHI) and the Autodesk Foundation in 2020 to design and build a Maternal Healthcare Center in Koidu, Sierra Leone. Our Co-Innovate Practices used technology and support from the Autodesk Foundation to create a replicable workflow for optimising energy and resource efficiency.

The result is an improved healing environment for patients at the Maternal Healthcare Center, where better comfort and dignity are ensured. Our innovative solution offers lasting benefits for BHI facilities.

Working together, as a dedicated team acting as one; Symetri humbly was awarded for Autodesk The Most Impactful Sustainability Win in 2022.
