Service scope

Service constraints
Service delivery depends on availability of skilled personnel and client security clearance. Onsite support is subject to client location and access permissions; remote delivery may be required. The service focuses on cloud programme support, planning, and personnel deployment, not cloud infrastructure management, licensing, or software provision. Effectiveness relies on client providing necessary documentation, approvals, and decision-making. Lead times and outcomes may be affected by project-specific timelines, changes, or scope adjustments.

Support levels
Our service provides structured delivery-support to ensure cloud programmes run smoothly. All clients receive a dedicated Delivery Manager who acts as their main point of contact for queries, resource coordination, and progress updates.

Support is included as part of the service and no additional fees apply for different levels. For technical queries, our Delivery Manager coordinates access to specialist cloud engineers, DevOps, data, and AI infrastructure personnel as needed.

We do not provide a traditional helpdesk or ticketing system; support is direct, personalised, and responsive.
