Based on approved designs, Pareto Frontiers can progress to solution options appraisal and then development, either independently or working with existing delivery teams. Report development can then begin using acquired data, with reporting outputs designed and developed iteratively with business stakeholders. Reports are delivered into live service and maintained, while further data is acquired and additional reporting outputs developed. Pareto Frontiers can support business change activity to support the organisation in the adoption and exploitation of analytics reports for business transformation, If required, Pareto Frontiers can transition the running of the live service to a client team or another supplier.
