■ Optional Enhanced Service Monday to Sunday 00:00 – 23:59
■ Service Hours are tailorable to customer requirements

Example Custom SLAs:
■ Enterprise Emergency: 30 minutes response time; 4 hour resolution.
■ Twenty-Four Hour: 30 minutes response time; 24 hours resolution from the time call logged.
■ Same Business Day: 30 minute response time; resolution time; 24 hours from call-reception
■ Next Business Day: 4 hour response time; Resolution by end of next business day; 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (excl. Public Holidays).
■ Scheduled Visits, requirement 1 day, 5 day and 15 days.
■ All Standard SLAs are tailorable to the customer requirements, subject to negotiation and charges
