We aim to make KEEP an enjoyable place to work, where we deliver for our clients, work hard but don't get to the point of burnout. ; If KEEP can't deliver a particular project (for any reason) we would rather offer it to one of our known associates (with buyer agreement) or discuss with the buyer regarding their flexibility. Rather than suffer burnout trying to deliver "too much", which is ultimately detrimental to the buyer and more importantly our staff.
