- How the planning service works
- Our delivery approach is based on our smart 4D's- Discover, Design, Develop and Deliver. As a part of the on-boarding we assign the appropriate skilled resource to initiate the Discover phase. This phase will start by understanding the client’s requirements and outcome definition. Following this the team will start gathering the detailed requirements to validate and define the project outcome definition using the elevator pitch. This will help us form the technical design, financial forecasts and various delivery options including governance models for the client to consider. Resource assignments will be revised accordingly to meet the agreed option. A detailed project plan will then be published for client’s approval and we will then move into our next 3 D's- Design, Develop & Deliver. We always keep track of lessons learnt throughout the engagement for continual improvement. Our resources will use any of the Agile, Prince2, Disciplined Agile Delivery or Waterfall methodology as appropriate to the project and in agreement with the client.

- As part of our 1st D- Discover phase, any training requirements will be captured. A training strategy will then be defined as per the client’s requirement and scope. This strategy will include the training type, user groups & numbers, training location and finally the training frequency. We are not specialised training providers so based on the specific scenario and client’s requirements further steps will be taken to provide training or agree alternate options with the business. User training will be completed before the User Acceptance Testing and pilot phase to ensure the project knowledge is fully acknowledged by the users before go-live.

- As part of our 1st D- Discover phase, any migration activities will be defined and drafted. Migration specialists with appropriate skills will be assigned to define the migration strategy. We have specialist resources with varied experience who will analyse the requirements and define the type of migration, data type & size, source details and destination requirements, inbound & outbound dependencies and integrations, any support & contract details. Following this a detailed migration strategy will be published with associated RAID log for client’s approval. Our migration strategy includes migration, testing, data validation, User Acceptance Testing and sign-off to the next appropriate phase. Should this migration be the last milestone to meet before go-live then a go-live planning will be carried out for Release Go/No-Go with the client. Post go-live Early Life Support is provided as defined in the project plan. And finally, the transition into BAU will be completed will full knowledge transfer and handing over lessons learnt including any detailed documentation for future reference.

- We have extensive knowledge and experience in QA and testing across various cloud computing platforms. Depending on the test criteria, we will assign the expert resource to manage the phase with care. We have managed functional, non-functional, load & performance testing in both manual and automated testing cycles. User Acceptance Testing is also managed by our expert resources with a Test Completion Report articulating the test scripts used, outcome of testing and associated risks with severity. For any additional testing requests like penetration testing we will use the external organisations or sub-contractors to assist further.
