Service will be available at least 99.5% of the time each month, excluding only:
1. scheduled downtime occurring during all planned maintenance between the UTC hours of 0000 to 0800 Monday through Friday, and
2. any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Crunch’s reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labour problems, Internet service provider failures or delays, or the unavailability or modification by third parties of third party offerings required to provide Subscription Services.
Service availability calculation will be measured on a calendar month basis, shall exclude Excused Downtime from the calculation, and shall be made by dividing the total number of minutes in a month in which the service was available, by the total number of minutes in a month and converting the result to a percentage.
If the Service Availability level for a given month should fall below the 99.5% threshold, then this shall be considered a Service Level Failure and a Service Credits structure shall apply. While we are a naturally low-impact business due to the nature of our operations, we take a proactive approach to mitigating our environmental impact. Covid-19 recovery
YouGov is an online business as such we transitioned quickly into operating remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our results in FY21 demonstrate that we were able to continue operating as normal with very little impact from the pandemic.
We have a Group Crisis Management Policy in place which is supplemented by disaster recover and business continuity plans for specific functions and regions. These are well established and are regularly tested.
In respect to COVID-19 response specifically, we are now moving towards our post-pandemic position as our offices are reopening at fuller capacities. - Tackling economic inequality

Tackling economic inequality
Our operations are predominantly office or home working based and here we try to minimise our impacts where practicable. In the UK, where our head office is located, we are pleased to have participated in Environment Savings Opportunities Scheme (“ESOS”) scheme this year. Our report was published by December 2019 and we plan to report on any opportunities for improvement identified by the ESOS report in our 2019/20 Annual Report and Accounts. Our key environmental principles are that: all waste is stored and disposed of responsibly, and recycled where possible; that paper comes from reputable managed forests; that we comply with the relevant packaging and waste regulations; and minimise air travel by utilising conference and video-calling technology when appropriate. - Equal opportunity

YouGov is a Disability Confident Committed employer and Stonewall Diversity Champion. We published our first gender pay gap report in 2018 and each year we publish a report and provide an update on the actions we have taken to tackle the gender pay gap at YouGov.
In response to the Black Lives Matter social movement, employees at YouGov set up an internal Diversity & Inclusion (“D&I”) Task Force, consisting of members from across all regions and functions. The Task Force is looking into ways of removing barriers to diversity not only within the workplace, but also within our panel, product and research methodologies. - Wellbeing
