Weekend and out-of-hours support can be agreed in the call-off contract where required. Requests are logged and tracked internally and we provide status updates by email. Target resolution times depend on severity and scope and will be agreed per engagement.

Enhanced (optional): Extended hours and priority response for time-critical migration windows (for example evenings/weekends), charged at the agreed out-of-hours rate(s) in the pricing and confirmed in the Call-Off Contract.
A named Technical Account Manager / Service Delivery Lead is provided for governance, reporting and coordination. A Cloud Support Engineer (and specialist resources where required) provides technical remediation and advice.
