Standard support is provided during UK business hours, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, and includes email support and scheduled calls covering planning, governance design, documentation review, risk assessment and audit preparation. Support is included within the agreed Statement of Work. A named senior consultant or engagement lead is assigned as the primary point of contact. This service does not include accredited certification activities unless separately contracted with an independent certification body.
