Level 2 - Managed Service - We monitor the environment and carry out proactive maintenance of the solution. A dedicated Managed Service team runs Managed Services. As part of this service CPS assign a Cloud Support Engineer. Level 1 and Level 2 have Technical Account Managers assigned as standard.
