How the support service works
We provide technical support services and on-call engineers for network support. Our managed network support service includes periodic patching, incident response and proactive maintenance for a fixed monthly fee.

Standard support is provided remotely 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. You will be provided a contact number that will put you through to our technical support team, who will be able to access and investigate Severity one and two incidents within an hour. You will have a consistent account manager for periodic reviews and escalation if required. Support outside these hours can be arranged on request.
