Support Levels are contract dependent, Cintra welcomes discussions to deliver a SLA model as required based upon specific contract deliverables.. Below is a model SLA showing Severity - Response Time - Resolution Time. Level 1 - Response 30 mins, Resolution 4 hours.....Level 2 - Response 1 hour, Resolution 10 business hours......Level 3 - Response 4 business hours, Resolution 24 business hours......Level 4 - Response 10 business hours, Response 40 business hours or as agreed SLA costs are bespoke and calculated based upon contract deliverables, not just the SLA alone. Cintra would provide a Service Delivery Manager, Technical Account Manager and Commercial Account Manager. All UK based on shore.
