End-of-contract data extraction

What users can and can't do using the API
Avenga’s service provides secure, documented APIs that allow buyers to integrate the platform with existing systems and workflows.

Users can use the API to configure data ingestion, connect approved data sources, manage users and access controls, submit data for analysis, retrieve analytics outputs, network visualisations, and structured results, and automate reporting and downstream integrations.

The API supports secure setup through authenticated endpoints, enabling controlled onboarding of datasets, configuration of analytical parameters, and integration with external applications and data pipelines.

Users can make changes through the API within the limits of their assigned roles, including updating configurations, managing metadata, and triggering analytical processes.

Core platform logic, security controls, system-wide configurations, and sensitive administrative functions cannot be modified through the API and are restricted to Avenga administrators. All API access is authenticated, logged, rate-limited, and subject to governance and security controls.
