Accessibility testing
We tested the Storyline 360 learner experience using both automated accessibility tools and manual tests by our internal QA team and accessibility specialists. We also conducted usability testing with assistive technology users through Fable, when applicable. Tests were done on desktop computers with the latest versions of Windows and macOS, plus mobile devices with the latest versions of iOS and Android. We used the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari for web browser testing. We also tested keyboard-only navigation to make sure everything could be used without a mouse. We tested with assistive technologies including JAWS 2025, NVDA 2025, Narrator, and Magnifier on Windows; VoiceOver on macOS and iOS; and TalkBack on Android. While we recommend using Narrator and Magnifier with Microsoft Edge, we don’t support the "Read from here" feature in Magnifier. If you need text read aloud and enlarged on screen, use Narrator with Magnifier.

Configuration and change management standard
Complies with a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v4.0 or SSAE-18 / ISAE 3402
Configuration and change management approach
A change management process is utilized to help ensure that changes to the system are introduced in a controlled and coordinated manner. This process includes emergency changes, third-party software programs, and platform changes that are implemented into production. Change management policies and procedures are documented to outline the change management separation of duties such that authorization, development, testing, and implementation are segmented functions within the process.
Vulnerability management type
Complies with a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v4.0 or SSAE-18 / ISAE 3402
Vulnerability management approach
Daily Application Vulnerability Scans: Articulate uses Snyk, to monitor and detect vulnerabilities. New vulnerabilities are reported to the Infosec team for assessment.
Continuous CI/CD Pipeline Scans: We integrate vulnerability scanning into our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline. This ensures new code deployments and updates do not introduce new security vulnerabilities
- Weekly Compliance and Endpoint Vulnerability Scanning: Articulate uses Tenable Nessus, a trusted third-party vendor, for compliance and endpoint vulnerability scanning. Detected vulnerabilities are reported to the Infosec team for assessment.
Identified vulnerabilities are sent to the respective Engineering teams as well as the Infosec team for assessment and remediation tracking.

Articulate use DataDog as our SIEM solution. We use DataDog in alignment with defined standards for log centralization and alerting functionalities. This is in addition to having the “Security Monitoring” functions of DataDog enabled. Incidents are managed based on their priority, and a ticketing system is configured to automatically document and assign tickets to IT personnel for analysis.
