Zinc's public documentation portal provides full instructions on how third parties can integrate with Zinc. We have a breadth of APIs that are both public and some are private. Those that are available for public consumption are: Authentication, Event/incident import (Create, update), Events/incident export, Users/staff (create, update and delete), Response forms export and our File service which will allow you to upload your files within Zinc.
