OACS Repository change control.

We offer first line support for all bespoke amendments and the OTB Repository.

First line Support to OACS users and developers, working with Dashboard and Analysis users/developers to quickly provide solutions.

Data Warehouse Performance monitoring. Working to identify issues before they arise by keeping metrics of individual task run times.

Monitoring Dashboard and Analysis performance via our bespoke extensions to the OTB subject area usage tracking.

Service constraints
We offer both on site and remote support, but initially we work remotely and only provide on-site support when both parties see it as a requirement.

Our services are Oracle specific we do not work with any other service provider.
