- The SD-WAN service has a number of different support levels depending on customer preference. In addition individual customer sites will have an agreed SLA according to customer need and any geographical limitations. Higher levels of support available include a technical expert to provide proactive analysis of SD-WAN performance and recommendations for optimum network Quality of Experience. The SLAs and support levels are defined as part of the solution design. Fujitsu support includes support engineers as required to resolve any fault that falls within the SD-WAN domain.
