Getting started
We help users start using our eDiscovery service through a structured onboarding process:

- Initial Meetings: Discuss and agree on project requirements, including timelines, workflow designs, and security arrangements.
- Scoping Call: Assess data sources, sizes, and specific case requirements, such as data deduplication, search criteria (dates, terms, key individuals), and analytics such as email threading and AI technology requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team to identify existing skills and determine the appropriate level of training needed.
- Training Sessions: Organise tailored training sessions online (or in person) supported by documentation, using your data within the document review platform.
- Hands-On Experience: Provide practical experience with real data and workflows to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of our eDiscovery solutions.

End-of-contract data extraction
Users can extract their data at the end of the contract through several options:

- Full Data Export: Export all project data, including source data and Relativity data onto an encrypted hard drive.
- Cold-Storage Solution: Keep the project accessible for a limited time after closure with a cold-storage option, allowing for quicker access at reduced hosting fees in Relativity.
- Data Deletion: Permanently delete all data from our systems. Once deleted, the process is irreversible.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, the following occurs:

- Engagement Agreement: Details regarding the conclusion of the contract will be outlined in the engagement agreement, including options and associated costs.
- Data Retention: Discuss options for retaining data, ensuring compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements.
- Data Packaging: Prepare and package data for the client, ensuring it is delivered in a secure and accessible format.
- Additional Options: Other options can be discussed based on specific requirements and the underlying commercial agreement.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions.
